Join us in the creation
of a Living Foods
Garden Village ...
in beautiful central Virginia

Our vision is to create an intentional community in the picturesque hills and valleys of rural central Virginia, based on the Living Foods Lifestyle® developed by the late Dr. Ann Wigmore, a pioneer in the use of wheatgrass and living foods.

We envision four flourishing Living Foods farm and garden villages set up in the USA with God speed. We have chosen the first location in VA as a prototype model of a global leadership village for a start. We are seeking core members who are attracted to the following ideals:

  • Living in a community with reaching podssiblities of living the living foods lifestyle at least 80%.
  • Living in a tiny house. See tiny house related websites to get an idea of this format.
  • We hope to create two culdesacs on this VA property with two roads, each leading to off roads to 4 homesites with each member owning 2 acres each.
  • We are hoping to attract Living Food enthusiats who love to garden.

Wheatgrass Health & Maintenance

Wheatgrass juice can be used to heal serious disease and as part of a diet (liv-eat) for maintaining excellent health. It can also be abused if proper diet and other health care considerations are not followed.

If proper diet is not followed, wheatgrass juice will let you know. Your stomach feels funny, head flighty, nose runs, mucous spitting feeling and many other things show up. If it tastes sweet and 1-2 ounces has little or no effect, quite likely, you are healthy.

Why can't it be the opposite? If my body needs it, it should taste good, No! Why? When the proper set of nutrients are made available to your body, the body instantly seeks a cleansing outlet, (the high dose of chlorophyll rapidly clears the blood) that may lead to temporary discomfort.

This healing process occurs as the therapeutic chlorophyll in wheat grass juice catalyses the elimination of the stored toxins which cause disease. These toxins are present in the ailing organism in the form of hardened mucous, crystallized acids, fatty deposits, calcifications and solidified, decaying fecal matter. As these toxins are eliminated, the body is cleansed and brought back to its natural state of health. Wheat grass juice has a very high enzyme content which helps to dissolve tumors. Imagine the astonished rejoicings of persons labeled terminal who watch visible tumors disintegrate and disappear before their very eyes.

By taking a percentage of green foods and juices every day, especially wheatgrass, you can add vital nutrients such as minerals, enzymes, vitamins, oxygen, and protein to your blood. Wheatgrass is baby wheat, it can be grown at home and is fast becoming a highly effective way of eliminating internal waste from the body. This cleansing allows the proper absorption of nutritious foods. Detoxing at the initial stages of a healthier diet change is a major challenge for many people. Read about it, - certainly. But sooner or later if you have a need to do it you will need guidance, coaching, encouragement and most importantly a psychological / social support system, or failure has a better than a 90% chance. Why? Food Addictions take a toll on any initial inertia we may claim by enacting a change.

Victoria Boutenko's book 12 Steps to Going Raw may give you some additional guidance. But, just because you had the "will power" to read the book, will not give you the will power to proceed intelligently. By all means, the best time to start is when you are ready.
