In

the
nutritious
food we
prepare
for our
guests
at the
Ann

Foundation
is
simple,
creative
and
delicious,
using
only
the
freshest
raw,
organic
fruits,
vegetables,
seeds,
nuts
and
grains.
The
first
week of
the
Living
Foods
Lifestyle®
program
emphasizes
gentle,
easily
digestible
meals
that
assist
the
body in
beginning
the
detoxification
process.
It is a
light
cleansing
week,
full of
nutritious
raw and
living
foods,
including
energy
soup,
salads,
dressings
and
sprouted
foods
to
gently
promote
your
rejuvenating
experience.
During
the
weekend
between
weeks 1
and 2
we give
ourselves
time
for a
fruit
and
vegetable
juice
fast,
allowing
the
body
time to
further
rest,
cleanse
and
rejuvenate.

the
activies
offered
are
'hands
on'
participation
in food
preparation
techniques,
indoor
jar
sprouting,
fermented
foods,
dehydration
and
more.
The
program
also
offers
'hands
on'
classes
in
composting,
as well
as
greenhouse
gardening
of
buckwheat,
sunflower
and
wheatgrass
sprouts!
