The Health Benefits of Wheatgrass

Dr. Ann Wigmore is one of the pioneers in discovering the vast health benefits of wheatgrass in healing the body. Wheatgrass is used to help the body heal itself in cases of disease, injury, toxification, etc. Some animals are observed to eat grasses when injured or ill, but not when in good health. Likewise, it is not natural for people to rely on wheatgrass juice for nutrition when healthy. However, wheatgrass has many uses.
